Terms of service

1. Who we sell to

We sell to businesses only: companies, sole traders, partnerships, charities and agencies, buying for their business. By ordering, you confirm you are not buying as a private consumer.

2. What you're buying

Each package has a fixed scope, price and delivery time, as described on its page when you order. Work outside that scope is quoted separately, and only goes ahead if you agree in writing.

3. Timing

  • The first draft is due within 24 hours of payment and a complete brief, whichever comes later.
  • Full delivery times run from the same point, and pause while we wait for your feedback, content or access.
  • If you go quiet for 30 days after a draft, we treat the order as delivered.

4. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in every package, and three on websites. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Changes to the agreed scope (for example new pages or new products) are not revisions.

5. First-draft guarantee and refunds

If the first draft clearly misses your brief, tell us before asking for revisions and we'll refund the package in full. Once you've requested revisions or accepted delivery, fees are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.

6. Your content and claims

You confirm that the facts, reviews, images and other material you give us are true, and that you have the right to use them. Advertising claims are based on what you tell us, and you're responsible for their accuracy. We may refuse to write claims we think are misleading.

7. AI-generated content

We use AI tools to create the work, and to check it against a quality checklist before delivery. Review every deliverable before you publish it. Publishing it, or putting it live, counts as approval. AI presenters and voices are licensed for commercial use, and never presented as real customers. You agree to keep any AI-content labels that ad platforms require.

8. Ownership

When payment has cleared, we assign to you all rights we hold in the final deliverables. Third-party items, such as fonts, stock, AI presenters, themes, plugins and platform subscriptions, are licensed to you on their own terms. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, or it's white-label.

9. Your accounts and access

Platform, domain and tool subscriptions stay in your name, and you pay for them. Give us the access we need, then revoke it after handover. We'll remove any copies of your data we hold within 30 days of delivery.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, ad spend or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Tax

Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. UK customers are charged VAT at the current rate. Business customers outside the UK are normally invoiced without UK VAT under the reverse charge, and account for any local tax themselves.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
